Application
- It can be used as a solvent for catalysts in the production of polyethylene, a blowing agent for expandable polystyrene, a blowing agent for polyurethane foam systems, and a deasphalting solvent.
- When used as a solvent, it has the same effect as pentane, hexane, heptane, etc., and its dissolving ability is slightly worse than that of pentane. This product has a high octane number and can be used as fuel for automobiles and airplanes.
