Application
- Add water at room temperature in the dissolving tank. Start the agitator, slowly add calculated amount of PVA into the tank. Keep PVA swelling in the water at room temperature for about 30min, and then raise the temperature of the PVA aqueous solution, when the temperature reaches 90-95℃, keep the temperature for 1-2hours. PVA can completely dissolve.
- In the textile industry , they are mainly used as yarn pulp, fabric finishing agents, and raw materials of vinylon fibers.
- In the construction and decoration industries, they can be used as mortar cement additives, paint additives for interior and exterior walls, and molding plate adhesives .
- In the chemical industry, they can be used as polymerization emulsifiers, dispersants, and raw materials for the production of PVF, acetal and butyral resins.
